- Order information: name, email, shipping address, phone number and payment details (payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number).
- Your drawing: the photo of the drawing you email us to create your order.
- Browsing information: device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use it
- To produce and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order or answer your questions.
- To improve our store and, if you agree, to show you relevant ads.
- To prevent fraud and comply with the law.

3. Your drawing
We use the photo of your child's drawing only to make your order. We do not share it, sell it or post it anywhere without your explicit permission. You can ask us to delete it at any time after your order is delivered.

4. Sharing your information
We share data only with the services we need to run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers and, if you accept cookies, advertising platforms such as Meta or TikTok. We never sell your personal information.

5. Cookies
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the banner on our site or in your browser settings.

6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of its use for advertising. Just email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The drawings we receive are sent to us by their parents or guardians.
