90-Day Happiness Guarantee

Every DoodleHug hoodie is custom-made from your child's drawing, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size choice. But we stand behind every stitch.

If your embroidery doesn't faithfully match the drawing you sent us, or your hoodie arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll either remake it for free or refund 100% of your purchase, your choice.

How to make a claim:
1. Email doodlehug@outlook.com with your order number.
2. Include a photo of the hoodie and the original drawing.
3. We'll reply within 2 business days with your remake or refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. You don't need to send the hoodie back.

Order changes or cancellations are possible until we receive your drawing and start embroidering. After that, the item is in production and can't be cancelled.
