Welcome to DoodleHug. By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our products
DoodleHug creates custom hoodies hand-embroidered with a drawing you provide. Because each item is made to order, small variations in stitching, color and proportion are part of the handmade process. Embroidery reproduces your drawing as faithfully as thread allows, but it is not an exact print.

2. Your drawing
By sending us a drawing, you confirm that you have the right to use it (for example, it was made by your child or you have permission from its creator). You keep all rights to your drawing. We use it only to produce your order and will never sell or publish it without your permission.

3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do. Production begins only after we receive your drawing by email.

4. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Guarantee and refunds
Our 90-Day Happiness Guarantee and refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Content you send us
You may not send drawings or text that are offensive, illegal, or that infringe on anyone else's rights. We may decline to embroider any design at our discretion and refund your order.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoodleHug is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to every order placed after the update.
